Jaclyn Regnerus, MS, received both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in the field of Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. Her BA included a minor in Sociology, while her MS in Psychology was with a concentration in Forensics. Prior to and during her years of education, Ms. Regnerus worked in the field of healthcare management for 14 years, then as office manager for a family-owned construction project management company, and most recently as a Continuing Care Coordinator and Case manager for an in-patient AODA recovery center. At the recovery center, she assisted women with wrap-around services including but not limited to housing, transportation, and ongoing AODA services. Ms. Regnerus also facilitated a psycho-education group in grief and loss for all the in-patient residents. While working as a case manager, she also became certified as a trainer in the Sanctuary Model® which is a theory-based approach to organizational change creating a trauma-informed work culture. She joined BCI in 2024 as a Competency Remediation Specialist. In this role she is responsible for providing psycho-education therapy for defendants in both the Outpatient and Jail-based remediation programs.
