John holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering From Johns Hopkins University.  With over 20 years experience in electronic circuitry and software design in various technology fields, John brings a host of expertise to manage the business side of Behavioral Consultants.  John is in charge of IT, contracts, business insurance, invoicing, telecommunications, database design, corporate matters, leases etc.  John is also a company officer and the husband of Dr. Deborah Collins.

Before joining the company, John worked as an Electrical Engineer in the aerospace, communications and medical industries in a career spanning 22 years.  Since 2004 John has provided IT services to the company on a contract basis.  John joined the company full time in August of 2010 when Deborah became President.
