Katherine Marr is the Compliance and Human Resources Specialist.  Prior to joining Behavioral Consultants, Inc (BCI), Katherine served 25 years as a United States Army Medical Service Corps officer, specializing in medical operations and training.  She is still active in the Army Reserves where she serves as a Senior Instructor for the Army’s Command and General Staff College’s satellite course in Grafenwoehr, Germany
Katherine’s education includes the following:

⦁    University of Scranton, Master of Healthcare Administration (2020)
⦁    U.S. Army Senior Service College, Master of Strategic Studies (2021)
She also holds Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Level I and II certificates for Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA).
